Setting up the keyboard
- Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose KEYBO.
- Tap KEYBO in that list and turn on Allow Full Access if you want the AI buttons. Typing works without it.
- In any app, tap the globe to switch to KEYBO. On an iPad, or an iPhone with a Home button, the globe is on KEYBO's own keys; hold it to see all your keyboards.
The AI buttons are greyed out
They need Full Access (step 2 above) and an internet connection. They also switch off in password fields, on purpose. On the free plan you have 10 AI actions a day; the count starts again at midnight India time.
KEYBO Premium
- Subscribe in the KEYBO app → Go Premium.
- Restore on a new device or after reinstalling: KEYBO app → Go Premium → Restore Purchases.
- Cancel or change: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KEYBO, or KEYBO app → Premium → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
Read the full Privacy Policy. In short: text leaves your device only when you tap an AI button, and it is not kept.
