Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage it anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is KEYBO free?

Yes. The keyboard is free, with 10 AI actions every day. Premium removes the daily limit and adds sticky tones and long replies.

Does KEYBO read everything I type?

No. Typing, suggestions and autocorrect happen on your phone. Text leaves your phone only when you tap an AI button, over an encrypted connection. It isn't stored after the answer comes back, and it's never sold. Password fields are never read.

Why does iPhone ask for "Full Access"?

Apple requires Full Access for any keyboard that uses the internet, and the AI buttons need it to write your answer. Without it, KEYBO still works as a full keyboard; only the AI buttons are greyed out.

How does Reply work on iPhone?

Copy the message you received, tap Reply on KEYBO, and pick an answer. iPhone doesn't let keyboards read other apps' screens, so copying is how KEYBO knows what to answer.

If iPhone keeps asking "Allow Paste", go to Settings › Apps › KEYBO › Paste from Other Apps and choose Allow.

Can I make my own tone?

Yes. In KEYBO's settings, open Custom tones, give it a name and describe how it should sound. It appears on your keyboard next to the built-in tones.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes, KEYBO is one app for iPhone and iPad.

How do I cancel Premium?

On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › KEYBO. On Android: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
